By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the j33bet platform — including the website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services — you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the j33bet Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j33bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the j33bet platform and close your account if one has already been created.

Your continued use of j33bet following any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. j33bet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the registered contact details on their account.

To register and maintain an account with j33bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j33bet strictly enforces this age restriction. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts held on behalf of another person, and accounts controlled by automated systems or bots are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion order, a court order, or any regulatory prohibition applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must keep this information updated at all times.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended j33bet account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

j33bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by j33bet's compliance team may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

Each registered user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their j33bet account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

j33bet strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature sends a one-time code to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time a login is detected from an unrecognised device.

You must notify j33bet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. j33bet's liability for unauthorised transactions that occur prior to such notification is limited as described in Section 10 of these terms.

j33bet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it believes the account is being used:

• In breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• For fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• In a manner that is detrimental to the interests of other users or to the integrity of the platform.
• By a person who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as published in j33bet's fee schedule, which will be applied to the account's PKR balance. j33bet will provide advance notice before any such fee is applied.

All transactions on j33bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j33bet supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your j33bet account details.

All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all j33bet bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Many j33bet bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit in PKR. Deposits made below the stated minimum will not trigger a bonus award.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated time limit will be automatically removed from the account without any compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

Accounts found in breach will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.

j33bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonuses already claimed and in active use by players at the time of modification.

The j33bet sportsbook covers cricket, football, kabaddi, and a range of other sports and markets. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the j33bet platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference number from j33bet. Bets placed during network interruptions or system errors that do not generate a confirmed reference number are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed in the j33bet betting interface and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• Odds Changes: Odds offered at j33bet are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds in particular fluctuate rapidly. j33bet is not liable for odds changes that occur between the time a user initiates a bet and the time the bet is confirmed.
• Abandoned and Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion of the minimum playing time required for the market to be settled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. • Palpable Errors: j33bet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were offered as a result of a manifest pricing error (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Where technically feasible, j33bet will recalculate and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds.
• Maximum Payout: j33bet applies a maximum payout limit per player, per event, and per day. These limits are published in the sportsbook and may be updated from time to time.

All casino games available on j33bet — including slot games, live dealer games, table games, and fishing games such as Monkey King Fishing — are powered by certified software providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently audited for fairness.

The following rules apply to all casino game activity at j33bet:

• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for j33bet slot games represent the theoretical long-term average return. Individual session results will vary, and j33bet makes no guarantee of specific outcomes for any gaming session.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or network malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided. Where the malfunction occurs after a winning outcome has been determined but before settlement, j33bet will review system logs and settle the round based on the recorded outcome where technically possible. If logs are inconclusive, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. j33bet is not responsible for errors attributable to the live dealer studio operator, subject to applicable service level agreements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j33bet platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with j33bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly, including the placement of bets at clearly erroneous odds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity related to a sporting event.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any use of j33bet's payment infrastructure for unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j33bet staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to j33bet systems, other users' accounts, or j33bet's backend infrastructure.

j33bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Any evidence of criminal activity detected on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user concerned.

All content on the j33bet platform — including but not limited to the j33bet brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of j33bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j33bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any j33bet content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any j33bet software.
• Use j33bet branding or trademarks in any context that could imply endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of j33bet intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j33bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by you into your j33bet account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j33bet expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the j33bet platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, denial-of-service attacks, or events outside j33bet's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, and telecommunications failures.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank partner.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, statistics, or data provided on the platform for informational purposes.
• Your own errors in placing bets, including selecting incorrect markets, stakes, or selections.

j33bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The platform is designed for entertainment, and j33bet recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all j33bet account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your j33bet account.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Termination by You: You may request closure of your j33bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, all applicable wagering requirements must be met for any bonus funds to remain eligible for withdrawal, and any verified PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination by j33bet: j33bet may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• j33bet reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of your account.
• j33bet ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, j33bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited conduct will not be returned.

j33bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j33bet will publish a notice on the platform and, where technically feasible, notify registered users via their registered email address or on-platform notification.

Amendments take effect on the date published unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the j33bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using j33bet and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under j33bet's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body under j33bet's licensing framework.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
